oz Lemon Juice
oz Simple Sugar
oz Egg White (Optional)
Add Pendleton® 1910 Rye, lemon juice, simple sugar, and egg white (optional) into a cocktail mixing glass. If using egg white, shake without ice first and then add ice and shake again. If not using egg whites, shake with ice until well combined. Strain into a rocks glass with ice.
