Methods
In a cocktail shaker, combine egg white with Pendleton® 1910 Bourbon, pickle juice, lemon, and simple syrup. Shake without ice until frothy. Add ice and shake again until well chilled. Strain into a cocktail coupe and garnish with a cornichon and a dusting of Old Bay Seasoning.
