Methods
Muddle mint leaves and simple syrup in your julep cup or rocks glass. Add Pendleton® 1910 Bourbon to the glass, then pack tightly with crushed ice*. (Make sure to overfill slightly, so it mounds at the top.) Garnish with a mint sprig.
*You can crush ice cubes inside a clean cloth bag or dish towel using a mallet or wooden dowel, or simply pulse them in a blender.
