Simple pleasures are sometimes the best. The Cowboy Coffee blends Pendleton® Whisky Original with the caramel goodness of butterscotch schnapps, your best coffee, and a generous dollop of whipped cream.
Pro tip: For hot cocktails, preheat the mug with boiling water for 30 seconds, then pour out the water and make your cocktail.
Ingredients:
Add Pendleton® Whisky Original, fresh coffee, and butterscotch schnapps into a preheated mug and stir. Top with fresh whipped cream. Delicious!
Rich, hot, and delicious, the 1910 Toddy uses Pendleton® 1910 Rye, a 100% rye whisky distilled in Canada and aged for a minimum of 12 years in oak casks. The combination of spice and pepper is the perfect way to chase the winter chill.
Ingredients:
Mix ingredients into your favorite mug. Top with hot water, sir, and enjoy!
If savory drinks are your thing, try adding a little pickle juice to your whisky sour. Here, we’re swapping in pickle juice for the simple syrup. The type of pickle juice you use is up to you; we like cornichon or dill.
Tools: Cocktail shaker, ice, and rocks glasses.
Ingredients:
Add ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake until frothy. Strain over ice into coupe glasses and garnish with a cornichon or dill spear and a lemon wedge. Optional: rim a coupe glass with Old Bay Seasoning: run a lemon wedge around the edge of the glass and dip into a saucer of Old Bay.
Our Canadian Old Fashioned is a twist on a classic favorite that uses Pendleton® Whisky Midnight as a base as its sweet, nutty character elevates an old favorite to new heights and adds a rich, natural sweetness.
Ingredients:
Add ingredients to a rocks glass with ice. Then, garnish and sip away the winter blues!
